Kassi Slade is a qualified Sleep Coach with a 20+ year background specialising in the creation and implementation of international sponsorship programs where she successfully led large scale integrated marketing campaigns for blue chips brands across Europe and Asia.

Kassi has first hand experience of the pressures and challenges of senior leadership roles and the importance that sleep has on the delivery of optimal performance and well-being.

Kassi knows what drives results and conveys this in a relatable, engaging and authentic way.
